Dr. Lovejoy holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Business Administration. He is the Founder and CEO of Lovejoy and Associates, a Professional Performance Consultancy Firm specializing in Business and Government Enrichment Consulting, Executive Performance Consulting, Information Technology, and Income Tax Services. Offering four fully functional Divisions that work together as one; Since 1985, Lovejoy & Associates has served its clientèle well with principal operations in San Antonio, Texas, USA and London & Manchester, England UK.

Lovejoy and Associates’ Business and Government Enrichment Consulting division has performed many opportunity analyses on law enforcement agencies throughout the United States, Texas, and other countries from 1985 to the present.
